One of Accessible Hope's chief missions is to provide training and support to parents, teachers, behavior analysts, speech therapists, and other leaders and caregivers of children. All of our training is based on the principle that helping children with a broad range of abilities and needs requires only two attributes: the passion to serve, and the willingness to learn.

We conduct trainings on a variety of topics, including the following:

* Autism and problem behavior;
* Home structure and positive behavior support;
* Classroom management;
* Developmental delays;
* Defiance, refusal, and tantrum behaviors;
* School behavior problems;
* Adolescent challenges;
* Parent leadership in the home;

We also conduct specific trainings for parents, teachers, BCBAs, and other professionals with particular needs, on topics that include the following:

* Token economies and reinforcement/points systems;
* Implementing procedures to reduce challenging behaviors;
* Morning, dinner, and bedtime routines;
* Community challenges, such as going to the dentist or doctor, shopping, and getting a haircut;
* Motivating operations;
* Functional analytic methodologies that are feasible for use in schools and homes;
* And many more.
