President / Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Beddow is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, behavioral and educational leader, and author. He is the founder of Accessible Hope.
Sydney Rivera, MA, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Sydney completed her Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Lipscomb University and is in the final stages of becoming certified as a BCBA. Sydney lives with her husband Gio and daughter Aleyna in Nashville.
Joshua Mann
Vice President of Administration
Josh serves Accessible Hope as an administrator, intake specialist, and insurance billing manager. Josh also is fluent in Spanish and translates for parent support meetings.
Erik Lindelof
Registered Behavior Technician
Erik is currently completing his Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University where he studies psychology. After graduating, he plans to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with the hope of becoming a BCBA.
Emmalee Chance
Registered Behavior Technician
Emmalee Chance is completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. After graduation, she plans to pursue a Master's degree in counseling.
Liz Eidson
Registered Behavior Technician
Liz is passionate about helping children with special needs. She has a natural teacher's spirit and challenges her students with kindness and approachability.
Addison Bell
Registered Behavior Technician / Administrative Assistant
Addison Bell serves at Accessible Hope in the dual role of RBT and administrative assistant. Addison currently is pursuing her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Lipscomb University where she is studying to become a BCBA.
